1. You are making a booking directly with Peaks And Pines, Lansdowne.
2. Please review our booking and cancellation policies before making your reservation. Changes or cancellations to bookings may incur penalties as specified below.
3. Guests are required to provide a form of payment and valid identification at check-in.
4. Any services not listed as part of this booking may be subject to additional charges.
5. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur extra charges.
6. For cancellations of refundable bookings, the refund process may take between two to four weeks to appear on your credit card or bank statement, with applicable bank or credit card charges deducted from the advance. The processing time is contingent on the bank’s procedures.

Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
2. Current rates are subject to the existing tax structure on rooms and meals. Should there be any revision in taxes, the updated rates will apply.
3. A no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
4. Any reduction in the number of rooms at the time of check-in will still be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
- Cancellation/modifications before seven clear days from the date of arrival: 80% of the Total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation/modifications between 4-6 days from the date of arrival: 50 % of the Total booking amount will be refunded.
- No refund if the Cancellation/modification intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival.
- In case of online money transfer transaction charges/bank charges will not be refunded.
- During season time 50% refund on total amount on Cancellation/modification before 1 weeks clear days from the date of arrival after than ‘No show No refund’.
- After the initiation of refund it will reflect in the customer’s account within 3 weeks.
